This session provides an introduction to the basic principles of Tai Chi for individuals wanting to learn more about this ancient, Chinese exercise form. Tai Chi walking will allow participants to practice the concept of weight shifts, essential to all Tai Chi forms. Wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes.
