Calendar

This class is intended for participants who are familiar with and have practiced tai chi. The class will cover the Sun 73 style tai chi from May 5-July 7 and Yang 24 style tai chi from July 14-September 29. Prior knowledge of these two forms is not necessary. However, for those learning the form for the first time, is it best to enter the class during the first two weeks that the form is being taught. The class will emphasize participant’s ability to gain confidence in performing these tai chi movements independently and safely.
