We make it a priority to offer an experience that can be fully enjoyed by all patrons.
Patrons with mobility disabilities
Entering the Arts Center: The Arts Center entrance facing Holyoke Avenue is fully accessible, with elevator access to all floors. Patrons may use the marked parking spaces to the north of the Arts Center, or may drop off at the curbside on Holyoke.
For daytime box office hours (Monday - Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.), use the entrance located on the north side of the building.
Theater seating: The theater seating charts are marked with reserved seat locations for wheelchairs in the balcony. Additionally, any floor seat on the aisle can be removed to accommodate a wheelchair. Notify staff at the box office to remove the seat. A courtesy wheelchair is available upon request at the box office.
Patrons who are hard of hearing
Hearing assist devices amplify and clarify sound by cutting down ambient noise. Devices may be used at any seat and may be checked out at the box office. The device will provide the patron with independent volume control.
Patrons with low vision
Large print programs are regularly made available at the Coffee Concert performances. For all other shows, contact the Arts Center box office to request a large print program.
Both public restrooms in the lower level are ADA accessible. However, two private all-gender restrooms are available at the Arts Center, one of which is wheelchair accessible. All restrooms come equipped with diaper changing stations. Check in at the box office to request access to the private restrooms.
Accessible parking is available in the north and west parking lots. From the designated spaces, the office entrance is approximately 100 feet and the theater entrance is approximately 200 feet. Curbside drop off is also available along Holyoke Avenue, shortening the distance to only 65 feet.
