Online reports can be submitted for the following incident types when you do not expect investigative follow-up:

  • Lost property
  • Theft from vehicle
  • Other thefts (NOT including firearms or vehicles)
  • Vandalism/property damage

Data requests for information about you and Permit to Purchase applications and Solicitor registrations must be submitted with a copy of a valid state ID, driver’s license, military ID or passport. These can be submitted by email to PoliceRecords@lakevillemn.gov, or mail to: Police Department, 9237 183rd St. W., Lakeville, MN 55044.

Officers will NOT be dispatched to respond to data requests, permit to purchase requests or other administrative tasks.
