The Lakeville Area Arts Center is conveniently located in historic downtown Lakeville at the intersection of Holyoke Avenue and 210th Street with ample free parking nearby. A total of four parking lots within one block, as well as on-street parking provide easy access to the Arts Center.
A variety of dining and shopping opportunities are available in downtown Lakeville. Lakeville also offers a wide variety of hotel options.
New accessible parking is available in the north parking lot. An accessible ramp was also added connecting the north lot to the office and theater entrance. The ramp as added as a joint project between the City of Lakeville and the Friends of the Lakeville Area Arts Center (FLAAC).
FLAAC also received funding from VSA of Minnesota towards this project.
This activity is funded, in part, by the Minnesota Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund as appropriated by the Minnesota State Legislature with money from the vote of the people of Minnesota on November 4, 2008.

Accessible parking is available in the north and west parking lots. From the designated spaces, the office entrance is approximately 100 ft and the theater entrance is approximately 200 ft. Curb side drop off is also available along Holyoke Avenue, shortening the distance to only 65 ft.
