2024 Street Rehabilitation Project

The 2024 Street Rehabilitation Project is comprised of approximately 3.4 miles of local and collector streets within the City. The project scope includes milling the existing pavement , installation of new pavement overlay, spot/gutter replacement, spot sidewalk replacement, water system enhancements, pedestrian curb ramp reconstruction to meet current ADA guidelines and storm water management best practices requirements.

• June 20, 2023: City Council authorized WSB to prepare project feasibility report
• August 8, 2023: Neighborhood meeting
• July – September 2023: Preliminary engineering
• October 2023: Finalize feasibility report
• October 16, 2023: Present feasibility report
• Early November 2023: Neighborhood meeting open house
• November 2023 – January 2024: Prepare plans and specifications
• February 20, 2024: Open bids
• April 1, 2024: Award construction contract
• April – November 2024: Construction
