2024 Street Reconstruction Project

The 2024 Street Reconstruction Project is comprised of approximately 2 miles of local and collector streets within the City. The project scope includes reclamation of existing pavement, installation of new pavement, spot/gutter replacement, spot sidewalk replacement, water system enhancements, trail rehabilitation, pedestrian curb ramp reconstruction to meet current ADA guidelines and storm water management best practices requirements.

  • October 2023: Finalize feasibility report
  • October 16, 2023: Present feasibility report
  • Early November 2023: Neighborhood meeting open house
  • November 20, 2023: Public hearing
  • November 2023 – January 2024: Prepare plans and specifications
  • February 20, 2024: Open bids
  • Late March 2024: Neighborhood meeting open house
  • April 1, 2024: Assessment hearing/award construction contract
  • April – November 2024: Construction
