Permit Applications-Residential Print E-mail


Permits may be obtained in the following ways:

- Visit City Hall at 20195 Holyoke Ave., Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
 
- Mail or deliver permit application and all information and required documents for permit processing to City Hall, 20195 Holyoke Ave., Lakeville, MN 55044. (See below for residential permit applications and requirements.)
 
- ePermits:  ePermits are available for the following projects:

  • Re-siding
  • Re-roofing
  • Air conditioning (new or replacement)
  • Fireplace
  • Water heater
  • Furnace replacement
  • Garage heater
  • Gas piping
  • Ventilation (HRV or ERV)
  • Lawn sprinkler
  • Water softener
  • Electrical

ePermits may only be obtained if you have a current VISA or MasterCard and valid e-mail address.
